We are located in the Village of Valemount situated in the beautiful Robson Valley, the dividing point of the Columbia and Fraser river systems, and surrounded by three mountain ranges: the Canadian Rockies; the Cariboos and the Monashees. Mountain Driftwood Gallery thus offers great natural beauty in a small town setting. The Gallery is situated at 1255-5 Ave., which features a variety of works by Bonnie Marklund and other local Robson Valley artisans. For those wishing to explore the arts further, the gallery will offer courses or can arrange for special personalized instruction in basic watercolour or acrylic painting for a small party.

Mountain Driftwood Gallery & Gift is located in the Village of Valemount situated in the beautiful Robson Valley west of the Canadian Rockies. Valemount BC lies along BC Highway 5 north of Kamloops and south of Jasper National Park in Alberta. At Valemount, enter the Village by turning onto 5th Avenue. Follow 5th Avenue just past Dogwood street and the gallery will be on your right.

Oh, that you could see what I see and do what I can do! I want my art to take you to a place where you can get lost in it, and in getting lost you truly find yourself. Painting helps me to step back from the momentum of life, teaching me to be still and know. It has given me an avenue to allow myself permission to find out who I am. I am learning to look and see, listen and hear, to appreciate, to be grateful, to see the beauty in this life and maybe the beyond.
Bonnie’s artwork is the cornerstone of the Mountain Driftwood Gallery, and she gladly shares the space with many artists from all over the Robson Valley. Besides her contemporary work, Bonnie will paint on almost anything, with almost anything, do custom artwork, murals, signs and sculpted walls.
